Formed in 1937, Sutherland-based Better Choice Home Loans is part of a group of mortgage originators and managers.
Part of this group includes the Kembla Co-operative Housing Society which has been in the Illawarra for almost 40 years.
Sean Bombell of Better Choice Home Loans said a full range of home and investment loans was available at competitive rates for owner-occupation, investors, people wanting to refinance existing loans or build their ``dream home".
Business loans also were available.
Mr Bombell said the amount paid over and above the mortgage minimum requirements could be redrawn at any time to perhaps pay for home renovations or any other project.
``Borrowers can redraw early repayments and a line of credit facility can also be put in place," he said.
